Joe told me that the older man in the middle picture came in the store to ask him for an envelope, which I'm guessing he needed badly, because he stressed how no other store in the Plaza would up one. So anyway, the guy walks in, and of course Joe with great owner/customer service skills he has, gives him an envelope, and after a short conversation, this older fellow wanted Joe to give him a kicks make-over, and told him that he was going to drop a few hundred just because Joe was so nice to him. To make a long story short, dude is old enough to be my grandfather, but left that day in a pair of Reebok Royal Flush Pack Court Victory Pumps !!
