Lets Go !!
Tony Perralta came up with the idea of using his old cassette tapes as the medium for his art. Using his old tapes was a big deal for him because these tapes meant the world to him. It’s the soundtrack to hid adolescents. He told me that he remembered buying each of these albums and scanning every inch of the album packing thoroughly. From the art work, to the production credits, to the sampling credits, to even the 'thank you' the artist gave out. Besides his Gaza Strip piece this has to be my 2nd favorite.
